What You’re Purchasing

You are purchasing access to:

• Private TradingView strategy indicators (closed source)
• Historical backtesting data and performance reports
• Setup guides and documentation
• Webhook integration support

You are NOT purchasing: Source code, investment advice, portfolio management, guaranteed returns, or any form of financial advisory services.

30-Day Trial & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day trial period. You may cancel within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, all sales are final. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Access & Account Terms

Access is granted within 24 hours of payment. You must provide your correct TradingView username for strategy access. Accounts are non-transferable and for personal use only. Sharing access credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, indicators, and systems remain our exclusive intellectual property. Access does not grant ownership rights. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary strategies without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for access. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, or consequential damages of any kind.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email.
